From the moment you submit the form until you receive your family tree, we stand by your side.
You have the freedom to choose colors and backgrounds in the comments section.
Within 7 business days after receiving the form, we'll send you an initial sample of the family tree to your email.
If everything is as expected, you'll get the final printable sample within 2 business days after final approval of the version.
Should you need revisions or changes to the family tree, you can notify us within 3 business days after receiving the final sample. 
After making the adjustments, you'll receive the final file.
